Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in the same field as their teaching field. 

1.  A superior academic record. (First Class undergraduate Degree + B.Ed/ DEL.Ed GPA of 5.0 or higher / above 55% )
2.  A very strong professional recommendations.
3. Must have good writing and communication skills.
